CryptoGuard AI, operated by Guard AI Systems, provides cryptocurrency security scanning, risk analysis, and alerts through browser extensions, API services, and mobile applications. The Service analyzes publicly available blockchain data, smart contracts, websites, and social signals to provide risk assessments.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guard AI Systems and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any financial losses from cryptocurrency investments
  • Inaccurate or incomplete risk assessments
  • Failure to detect scams, rug pulls, or fraudulent activities
  • Any third-party actions or websites

Pro Plan:

  • Monthly: $14.99 CAD/month
  • Yearly: $144 CAD/year
  • Cancel anytime; features remain active until end of billing period

API Plan:

  • Developer: $49 USD/month
  • 50,000 requests included
  • Cancel anytime

Mobile Premium:

  • $7.99/month (when available)

7. User Responsibilities

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the Service
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or harmful purposes
  • Take full responsibility for your own investment decisions
  • Keep API keys secure and confidential

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and trademarks associated with CryptoGuard AI are the property of CryptoGuardAI Corp and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
